The 3rd round of the Italian Aci Karting Championship took place on Sunday 23 June at the Kartodromo Val Vibrata (TE), where the Racing Team present with 3 drivers demonstrated a good speed.
In OK-N Junior Edoardo Mario Sulpizio is not accompanied by much luck, having qualified in 27th position, in the heats, respectively in the first and second, a contact and a technical problem put him out of the finalists’ grid.
Good speed shown by Edoardo Taglienti in OK-N, after qualifying in 18th position, in the first heat he finished 10th (P13 after a penalty), while in the second heat he was forced to retire. In race 1 on Sunday he started in thirtieth position, making a masterful comeback, finishing in 16th position. In race 2 a contact at the start forces him to retire.
In KZ2, a very numerous category with 63 drivers at the start, sees Antonio Piccioni in 21st position after the qualifying tests. In the three heats, he finished in 11th, 7th and 10th position respectively, which placed him 12th at the start of race 1. In the first race he recovered another four positions, finishing 8th, but a penalty relegated him to twelfth position. In race 2, for him too, a contact meant that his race ended early.
