The last appointment of the Italian Aci Karting Championship ends on Sunday 29th August at the Circuito del Sele – Battipaglia where the TK Racing Team wins the title in KZN Under with Antonio Piccioni.
In the 60 Mini weekend a comeback for Edoardo Mario Sulpizio, an unfortunate qualification in 19th position as much as Race 1, while he was in 10th place a contact relegates him to 22nd position. With a super comeback in the final he ends in 7th position; however, this is not enough to be on the podium of the general classification, thus placing himself in 4th position.
The standard bearer in KZN Junior is Federico Fasano, a complicated weekend caused by qualifying in 22nd position, managing to recover up to 15th place in Race 2.
Antonio Piccioni interprets in the best way the TK-TESTAGIALLA package in KZN Under, arrived on the track as leader of the classification, after the Pole Position on Friday, he leads two excellent races, winning a 2nd place in Race 1 which arithmetically makes him Italian Champion and a 4th place in Race 2.
The Italian title gives the thirteenth triumph for the TK chassis.
